Adaptors are available at reception in exchange for a deposit of CHF 10.00.

Children
Children under the age of three stay for free if you do not request an extra bed.

Babysitting
Dependent on availability, we can arrange for a babysitter so you can enjoy some grown-up time. Just ask at reception.

Emergency exit
The emergency exits are indicated on each floor and on a security plan in your room.

First aid
In case of an emergency, contact the reception desk by dialling 91 or call the police at 0-117 or the fire brigade at 0-118. For minor injuries, like cuts and bruises, you can find a first aid kit at reception.

Internet
All our rooms come with free wireless Internet connection. Ask at reception for the username and password.

Iron and ironing board
An iron and ironing board are available for use during your stay. Just ask at reception for assistance!

Leisure
Make the most of Mona and Montreux! Bikes or stand-up paddleboards can be rented for free at reception.

Minibar
Your minibar free of charge ! 

Newspapers
Our newspapers are free to read in the lobby of the hotel.

Pillows / Blankets
For your comfort, we offer softer and harder pillows. The housekeeping or the front desk team is at your disposal if you would like to switch them.

Personal care products
Forgot something? Don’t worry! We provide care products, like toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps, on request at reception.

We are at your service 24 hours a day. Just dial the number 91!

Room keys
Don’t take your keys, please! When you leave Mona, drop them at reception.

Sewing work
Button popped off? Or a hem came loose? We can do light and quick mending internally upon request and availability.

Wake up calls
If you would like to organise a wake-up call, please let us know at reception the evening before.

• Close the door when leaving your room
• Fire extinguishers are located on each floor

• Leave the building by the emergency exits

Arrival / Departure:
Rooms are ready at 3 p.m. on the day of check-in.
Check-out is at 12 p.m.
A late check-out at 3 p.m. is available upon request for an additional payment of CHF 50.00.

Dry cleaner’s
Get clean laundry in 24 hours and without having to lift a finger! Our dry cleaner’s are not available on weekends and bank holidays.

Exchange
In need of Swiss francs? We can exchange the following currencies at reception: EUR, GBP, USD.

Fitness studio & spa
Our fitness studio is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. The sauna and hammam are open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. – or earlier upon request. Just give us 30 minutes to get it ready for you.

Ice cubes
You can get ice cubes on the 8th floor in the microwave room, or ask room service to bring some with your food.

Laundry
Bring your laundry to reception before 9 a.m. and we will have it back to you that same evening – except for weekends and bank holidays.

Luggage deposit
Room not ready yet? Or you already checked out but still want to see more of Montreux? Leave your luggage with us at reception until it’s time. Our secure baggage drop is available 24 hours. At reception, we can also arrange for a paid transfer if you prefer.

Microwave
Find it on the 8th floor in the Microwave room. It’s free to use!

Payment
Please settle your bill before 12 p.m. at the reception.

Parking
Our underground garage is accessible 24 hours a day for a charge of CHF 25.00 a night.
Please note, Mona does not take responsibility for any thefts or damages caused to your vehicle.

Restaurants – Breakfast
Monday to Fridays, the breakfast buffet is served at Bel Horizon from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. On weekends, you can grab a bite from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Craving breakfast in bed? Room service breakfast is available from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
The Restaurant Le Safran and our Bar are open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Mona is not responsible for valuables, which are not locked away.
