On Sundays until the 22nd February 2026 inclusive, Le Safran closes at 3 p.m.

Breakfast is served with a view at Bel Horizon. Take a seat indoors by the windows or outside on the terrace and tuck into scrambled eggs, fluffy pastries, and fresh fruit. Sunny and spacious, Bel Horizon is also the perfect venue for events.

During the winter season, the legendary ‘Fondue Tube’ take pride of place on the Safran terrace. Enjoy a Swiss fondue, served in traditional fondue pots, while gazing out over the lake from the gentle warmth of our enchanting glass structure. During the summer months, our bar on the water Purple Fish gets the party going! Start your evening with a cocktail and some live music. But make sure to check the weather! When it rains, we move inside.
